Five things to verify before committing
- Real factory, not a trading company. Ask for a business license, factory floor video, and confirmed production address.
- Pre-production sampling. Any reputable manufacturer will support a sample before bulk production. Use this to verify fit, construction, and fabric.
- Your own size chart. Generic S/M/L sizing fails for enterprise teams. Confirm the factory can produce to your measurements.
- Reorder stability. Ask whether the same fabric and color can be matched 12 months later. Factories with strong supply chain control say yes.
- Payment terms and lead time in writing. Verbal agreements on timeline become disputes. Get both confirmed before deposit.
