MOQ
Most reputable workwear manufacturers in China require a minimum of 100 pieces per style per color for standard programs. Smaller quantities are possible for pilot orders but typically come with a higher unit price and fewer customization options.
Lead time
A standard timeline from sample approval to delivery runs 20–35 days for straightforward programs. Complex garments with special fabrics or multiple construction details can run 40–50 days. Rush production is possible but costs more and increases QC risk.
Unit pricing
Functional poly-cotton workwear at 100+ pieces per style runs approximately USD 8–18 per piece depending on fabric weight and construction. Higher-spec technical fabrics (anti-static, flame-resistant) are priced separately.
What actually drives cost variance
Fabric specification is the primary cost driver — not branding. A logo adds a few cents per piece. Upgrading from standard twill to a technical functional fabric can double the unit cost. Set the fabric spec first, then discuss customization.
