Uniform Order Quantity and Unit Price: 100 vs 500 Pieces

Order quantity is a key driver of unit price. Here is how pricing logic changes between the 100-piece minimum and larger uniform programs.

GAZO minimum order: 100 pieces. Samples are paid and dispatched within 15 days. Logo printing and embroidery are paid services. The project quotation states garment details, quantity, sample fee, bulk schedule, shipping terms, and price.

Why order quantity changes the unit price

  • Fabric and cutting. Larger runs use fabric rolls more efficiently and spread pattern work across more garments.
  • Production setup. Pattern grading, line setup, and trims sourcing are largely fixed per style and color, so they weigh less on each garment as volume grows.
  • Samples and branding. Paid samples and logo setup are per project rather than per piece.

Between the 100-piece minimum and a 500-piece program, the difference depends on garment type, fabric, color count, and size breakdown. GAZO therefore states unit price in the project quotation rather than a fixed discount table.

Information used for a quotation

  • Department and role list for product-mix recommendations.
  • Garment type, fabric and color requirements, size breakdown, and quantity.
  • Logo artwork and paid print or embroidery process.
  • Destination and required delivery date for shipping arrangements.

Send the project brief through GAZO contact. The quotation records the confirmed project terms.
