Corporate suit programs are more technically demanding than shirts or workwear. The fabric, construction, and fit decisions compound, and errors are expensive to fix in bulk.
Fabric tiers
TR (polyester-rayon) suiting is the volume option — wrinkle-resistant, easy to maintain, cost-effective for large programs. Poly-wool blends step up the hand feel and drape significantly. Pure wool is reserved for management and executive tiers where presentation is the primary requirement.
Fit programs
Most enterprise suit programs run two or three fits: a standard cut for the general team, a slim option for younger or smaller frames, and sometimes a relaxed fit for roles with more physical activity. Running all fits from a single fabric maintains color integrity across the program.
MOQ reality
Fifty sets per style is a reasonable minimum for a well-run factory. Below that, most manufacturers will quote but will not prioritize the order. Sizing distribution (how many pieces in each size) matters more than raw volume — confirm with the factory that they can produce to your size curve without over-cutting any size.
